Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Inner Dew Counseling PLLC ("Inner Dew," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site is information, not care
Everything here is general information about the practice. Reading it, emailing us, or sending a message through the site does not create a therapist–client relationship, and nothing on the site is clinical advice or a substitute for an assessment by a licensed professional.
A professional relationship begins only after we have both agreed to work together, you have received and signed the intake paperwork and disclosure statement, and a first appointment has been scheduled.
The site is not monitored continuously and is not a channel for urgent matters. If you or your child needs immediate help, contact your local emergency services rather than this website.
Who we can see
Services are available only to clients who are physically located in Washington State at the time of each session. That is a condition of licensure, and it applies regardless of where you live or where you first contacted us from.
Messages you send us
Ordinary email and the contact form are not secure channels. Please keep anything you send general, and don't include diagnoses, medications, or other sensitive details. Once you are a client, clinical communication moves to a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal. See the privacy policy for how inquiries are handled.
Fees, scheduling, and cancellations
Fees shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The terms that actually govern your care — fee, payment, cancellation window, and records — are the ones in the client services agreement you sign before your first session. If this site and that agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement controls.
Content and trademarks
The text, images, logo, and design of this site belong to Inner Dew Counseling PLLC or are used with permission. Please don't reproduce or republish them without written consent. You're welcome to link to the site.
Links to other sites
Where we link to an outside resource, it's because we think it may be useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, and we don't warrant any particular outcome from information found here. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Inner Dew Counseling PLLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from professional services actually provided to a client.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
