This website vs. your clinical record
This site is informational. It is not a place to receive care, and anything you send through it is not part of a clinical record unless and until you become a client. Clinical communication, scheduling, and documents happen inside a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal — never over ordinary email.
What this site collects
- Email you send me. Your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to write. Please keep it general.
- No cookies, no analytics. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.
- Server logs. Standard request logs kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
This site runs no advertising trackers — no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads conversion tracking. That is deliberate: tracking pixels on a therapy website can disclose protected health information.
How that information is used
Only to respond to you and keep the site working. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Inquiries are retained for 12 months and then deleted.
Notice of Privacy Practices
Clients receive the full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and the Washington State disclosure statement before the first session. These describe how protected health information is used and disclosed, the limits of confidentiality, and your rights regarding your record. Ask any time and a copy will be sent to you.
Your Washington privacy rights
Washington's My Health My Data Act gives you rights over consumer health data — information relating to your or your child's health that is collected outside the clinical record. On this site, that means only the contact details and the description you choose to send us.
You may ask what has been collected, request a copy, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw any consent you have given, at any time. Email jade@innerdewcounseling.com and you will receive a response within 45 days.
Inner Dew Counseling PLLC does not sell consumer health data, and shares nothing with advertisers or data brokers.
